Dispatch
At Grandma and Me our commitment is to providing quality friendly service. All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving full payment.

Delivery
Orders are delivered using Australia Post Express Post Satchels and are charged at a flat rate of $7.50 for orders under $100.00. Orders over $100.00 are posted free anywhere in Australia.

International orders will be calculated on application.

Depending on the postcode we are sending to please allow 4-6 business days for delivery.

Loss or damage in transit
Grandma and Me uses Australia Post prepaid Express post satchels so we can track your order. On the extremely rare occasion that a package is delayed, damaged or not received at all please contact us promptly by either email or phone so can rectify the situation.

Grandma and Me has a factory outlet shop based in Perth where you can organise to come in and collect your order. Efpos is available in store
